These terms describe the use of Enrich Ecommerce Cloud, its website, and its connected commerce features.
Using the service

Connected marketplaces and other third-party services have their own terms, policies, fees, and availability. You are responsible for complying with their requirements. Integration results can depend on external systems, authorization, and the accuracy of your data.
Plans and service availability
Any paid plan, trial period, billing arrangement, or cancellation condition must be stated in the offer or agreement applicable to your account. Contact our team for plan details. Features may change or be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or external service issues; continuous availability and particular business results are not guaranteed.
Suspension and ending use
You may stop using the service and contact us about closing your account. Access may be restricted when needed to address misuse, security concerns, or applicable requirements. Export information you need before requesting closure and ask our team about any outstanding obligations.
Responsibility and applicable rights
You are responsible for reviewing automated actions and maintaining appropriate records for your business. Any separate written agreement with Enrich Coder continues to apply. These terms do not exclude rights or obligations that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
